HOW TO ENTER
There are many talented musical acts on the East Coast, but only one can be the best. Entering the competition is easy. Simply send your CD/or weblinks to Genxeffect.com, and you have entered the competition. An award year runs from June 1 to May 15 of the following year. New winners are announced every June.
HOW THE WINNERS ARE CHOSEN
Ensuring the fairest judging methods possible is paramount to HTe! One representative song from each Artist is selected as that Artist's entry.
Once a track is selected from each CD, those tracks are judged by Editor HediTedi. When the judging process is finished, judging sheets are tabulated to reveal our winner(s).
