This agreement between Genxeffect.com, Genxeffect, HediTedi, HediTedi Entertainment, HTe, Golden G Award(s), HediTedi.com, its assigns, future holders, and heirs hereinafter referred to as Genxeffect and Genxeffect's and you - the Genxeffect.com web site surfer hereinafter referred to as you and your.
YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO ENTER THE SITE
You will be bound by the following agreement for the life of this web site and/or any future derivation of this web site. You will abide by the spirit as well as the letter of the law. If ever a conflict shall arise between Genxeffect and you, you will defer to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Great State of Maryland, U.S.A. ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. You agree to allow Genxeffect up to one year or as long as permitted by law to resolve any dispute you may have with Genxeffect. INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
Genxeffect is a new concept on the Internet. All designs, logos, ideas, music, derivatives, and all other future conception of ideas, and all other types of information, etc. otherwise unmarked by trademark, service mark, or copyright belong exclusively to Genxeffect. All infringement will be prosecuted. You agree to allow and we reserve the right to delay prosecution.
Any unauthorized reproduction of printed materials sold by Genxeffect will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by Maryland State Law and United States Federal Law. You hereby indemnify Genxeffect and its sponsors from all such liabilities seen or unseen. Copyrights, Service Marks, and Trademarks will be honored and respected on Genxeffect's web site. Any infringements whether on or off Genxeffect's network will be reported to the proper authorities.
Genxeffect will actively assist law enforcement to apprehend law breakers including providing personal information as permitted by Maryland State Law and United States Federal Law.

Items purchased in the Genxeffect Online Store will be subject to the Genxeffect store policy which is provided by Cafepress.com, and which limits Genxeffect's and Cafepress.com's liability to no more than your purchase price minus shipping and handling.
LIABILITY TO ADVERTISERS
Advertisers will not be reimbursed for server down time originating outside of the Genxeffect network. Advertisers will be compensated if the problem arises inside Genxeffect's network.

SPONSORSHIP(S)
Genxeffect may elect to sponsor you from time to time. Any sponsorship provided through Genxeffect may be terminated by Genxeffect at any time without prior notice. No part or portion of a Genxeffect sponsorship agreement shall be deemed to be owed to you by Genxeffect. No items not included by inference are included in this agreement. You hereby indemnify and relieve Genxeffect and its sponsors for any part and/or parts of this agreement which shall be deemed unlawful, and you agree to be bound by all remaining parts of any agreements if applicable.
MEDIA DOWNLOADS
Genxeffect grants you the right to download ONE copy of any MP3 or other media marked for download and found on Genxeffect for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are authorized to burn 1 copy of any MP3 or other media marked for download and found on Genxeffect for PERSONAL USE ONLY. ANY INFRINGEMENT WILL BE PROSECUTED.
LINKING TO GENXEFFECT
Genxeffect grants you the right to link to Genxeffect as described on the Link To Us page of this and/or other HTe web site. Any other method of linking to Genxeffect is a violation of this agreement. You may not embed or use embedding technology to link to Genxeffect without written permission from Genxeffect. You must immediately remove any links to Genxeffect upon request from Genxeffect. Failure to remove links from web sites or other media hosted by you will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
USE OF IMAGES
Genxeffect uses images to convey stories and themes to you. We try to give credit to all image makers and/or the person or persons in any image as a rule when we are aware of the source. If we have used an image without giving appropriate credit, e-mail CustomerService@Genxeffect.com with a full description of the issue. We will rectify it as soon as possible. If we are using an image that you would like to have removed, e-mail LegalTeam@Genxeffect.com with a full description of the issue. We will remove the image as soon as possible. Any images taken or provided by employees of HTe are our property, and will be treated as such.
